2002-2006 R50/R52/R53 Billet K swap Mini Cooper *MOTOR MOUNT KIT ONLY*

This kit is purpose-built to support a Honda K-series engine swap into 2002–2006 MINI Cooper vehicles. Every component has been fully redesigned and upgraded to CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum, delivering the strength, precision, and durability required for high-performance applications.

The switch from steel to billet 6061-T6 aluminum offers several advantages:

• Excellent strength-to-weight ratio
• Reduced overall mount weight
• Increased corrosion resistance
• Improved damping of high-frequency vibration
• Extremely precise and repeatable fitment

Designed with real-world performance in mind, these mounts are ideal for street-driven swaps, track cars, and motorsport builds where drivetrain control and reliability are critical.

Be sure to also add the K swap aluminum oil pan to your order as this is required for the swap to bolt the rear engine mount.

What Engine can I use with the kit?

K20a2, k20a3, k20z1, k20z3, k24a1, k24a2, k24a4, k24a8

What Transmission do I use?

There are many options when it comes to transmissions, all depends on your goals:

02-04 Honda Civic Si Ep3 (5 speed non LSD)

02-04 Acura Rsx Base model (5 speed non LSD)

02-04 Acura Rsx Type S (6 speed non LSD 4.3 Final Drive)

05-06 Acura Rsx Type S (6 speed Non LSD 4.7 Final Drive)

06-11 Honda Civic Si (6 Speed LSD 4.7 Final Drive) 

NOTE: Honda Accord/Acura TSX transmission will not work

What shifter cables and Shifter box do I use?

Shifter box and cables must match transmission. If you are using Rsx or Ep3 Transmission you will use a Rsx style (A2) shifter box & cables. If you are using a 06-11 Civic Si transmission you will use the shifter cables and shifter box for the (Z3) as they work backwards from the Rsx.
